Technopowder TP MB40

This powder is a nickel chrome powder essentially used as surface preparation prior to application of TECHNODUR® and TECHNOSPHERE®, as indicated on the application procedure. It is essential, particularly when applied on a stainless steel base.

Available in 1 kg (2.2 lb) containers.

The following powders are true spray and fuse powders. They allow an exceptionally thickness of application, crack free, due to a rigorous selection of the meshsize of tungsten carbides.
The application using a TECHNOTORCH® is recommended.

Technopowder TP 20/30

This is a hardsurfacing powder with a 60 Rc nickel chrome matrix with 40% of crushed tungsten carbide (Hardness of +/- 2200 Hv).

Available in 1 kg (2.2 lb) containers.

Technopowder TP 4000

This is a hardsurfacing powder with a 60 Rc nickel chrome matrix and 40% of spherical tungsten carbide (Hardness of +/- 3500 Hv)

Available in 1 kg (2.2 lb) containers.
