TP 2030 This powder has a 60 Rc nickel chrome matrix with 40% of crushed monocrystaline tungsten carbides. (2200 Hv) Available in 1 kg (2.2 lb) containers.

TP 4000 This powder has a 60 Rc nickel chrome matrix with 40% of spherical monocrystaline tungsten carbides. (3500-4000 Hv) Available in 1 kg (2.2 lb) containers.

Other powders can be supplied as per customer specification.

These powders are specifically designed for spray and fuse applications. The mesh size of the carbides, as well as of the nickel chrome powder, have been selected so as to provide maximum efficiency when applied with the TECHNOTORCH, or torches of similar characteristics.
