Flow restrictors have become a very important component of downhole tools. The minimal allowable wear between rotating and stationary parts has been challenging for many manufacturers.

S.P.R.S. has access to three proprietary processes for hardfacing rotary and stationary components. These processes enable to achieve exceptional longevity of the components by adapting to the specific requirements and outlines of the rotating and stationary parts.

S.P.R.S. is able to offer hardsurfaced roughings, ground to size, and ready for final machining.
